RESPONSABILITATI

Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of commissions/bonuses achievements and payments to EMEA Sales and Finance Management representing all lines of business (License, Consulting, Support, Education).
Ensure tools and applications for EMEA Sales Compensation Admin are setup and functioning correctly in accordance with the approved sales model, accepted sales compensation plans, terms and conditions, standard business practices, and internal control policies. Establish standardised processes inline with globally approved guidelines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform commissions & bonus payment and achievement
- Reporting for all EMEA employees.
- Analysing revenue data and investigating anomalies.
- Handling & resolving
- Reporting requirements for all LoBs within satisfactory timeframes. Provide monthly and quarterly management report information
- Work with the Business System Analyst to ensure the Tools and Appliations for EMEA Sales Compensation are functioning correctly.
- Supporting the Business System Analyst in the system setups as needed

CERINTE

- University degree required, preferably in Business related field
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of finance experience
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good computer skills (e.g., MS Office) incl. excellent MS Excel knowledge
- Prior Reporting Responsibility is a plus
- Very good analytical and technical skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Able to multi-task, meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment
- Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures, and people
- Familiarity with Oracle Applications (e.g. Oracle Discoverer) is a plus
