RESPONSABILITATI

Participate in the yearly budgeting process following Group calendar and guidelines;
Prepare initial project budgets and monthly forecast update and variance analysis;
Develop and communicate to functional management and HQ management monthly and quarterly reporting packages;
Perform time sheet checks in order to ensure correct project cost allocation;
Check that all direct project related expenses were booked in the specific group accounts; prepare monthy reconciliations;
Provide ad hoc reporting addressing emerging business issues.
Ensure that the company operates in a low risk environment;
Provide support to accounting and other department on diffrent topics.


CERINTE

Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
1 or 2 years experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Fluency in English; French would be a plus
Excel – Advanced Level
Knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
