For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the FMCG field, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team of professionals.
Communicating with other departments and different personnel of the company in elaborating concurrent parts of the plan, with regard to format, content and time-frame;
Achieving such a level of detail and completeness that suits both the company's management needs and reporting requirements;
Ensuring the actual results are reported correctly by categories in due time;
Analyzing and explaining actual results and variations versus the plan;
Proposing necessary action plans;
Carrying-out the requested analysis by executing all necessary calculation and performing all reasonableness check;
Evaluating the scope of the analysis, its implications for the business and the information and data necessary for the completion;
Being involved in the corporate reporting process and preparing back-up analysis for support;
Ensuring the accuracy of the material included in the book of results;
Ensuring that all explanations and presentation material is easily understandable by management and relevant to the current issues faced by the business;
Proposing and implementing additional material, which addresses temporary or new issues, needing specific explanation or information;
Providing Financial Support Marketing;
Assisting the correspondent brand responsible in understanding the financial status of their portfolio;
Analyzing the actual performance (of the above mentioned portfolio) versus plan and proposing corrective action plans (if necessary);
Counseling the correspondent brand responsible in financial matters related to their activity.
University graduate;
Economic background, obtained either by university syllabus or by working experience;
Numerically literate and with an eye for detail;
Knowledge of plan making methodology and methods of economic analysis;
Ability to work with figures in speed regime;
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, other database systems);
Good communication skills.
