RESPONSABILITATI

Liaise with Service Delivery Managers to calculate monthly billings and recharges for specific internal contracts including any ACC/RCC’s.
Ensure monthly reports, schedules and other related billing items are kept to support internal charges for specific internal customer contracts.
Work with accounts to ensure monthly billing is done in a timely manner for specific customer contracts.
Trend reporting of Company’s revenue and expenditure
Revenue and operating profit tracker from the cost model to actual results
Analysis of cost allocation to customers in conjunction with the Accounts
Team
Analysis of revenue by customer in conjunction with the Accounts Team
Financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual vs budgets, forecasts, flash and prior periods
Support Financial Director with month end reporting as required by the business
Reconciliation of internal accounts
Cash forecast and monitoring of cash position to cover Company commitments
Internal control audits and reconciliations
Analysis of revenue, cost and operating profit forecast of new deals and the impact on current operations
All other duties as assigned


CERINTE

We are looking for a qualified or part qualified experienced accountant with good interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team and as an individual when required. The candidate must be disciplined and highly self-motivated. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft packages with advanced level of excel skills including:
Pivots
Vertical lookups
If statements
Conditional formatting
