Managing Finance and Accounting Department;
Preparing Monthly Management Reports and Annual Financial Statements for Audit (Local, IFRS);
Preparing Annual Budgets, monitoring & reporting on company's performance against Business Plan;
Cost controlling, cash flow management;
Implementing group polices, procedures and controls;
Actively contributing to the strategic development of the company and taking an active part in the researching, planning and implementation.
Reporting to General Manager and to CFO in France.
High level education (economic ¿ preferred), MBA or ACCA would be a plus;
Relevant practice on managerial position in a production company;
Excellent managerial skills, initiative, creativity;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
Competent decision maker with an ability to delegate and negotiate;
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems;
Fluent in French or English, both will be a plus.
