RESPONSABILITATI

As a Finance/Human Resources Administrator you would act as the interface between the areas of Fi-nance/Controlling and Human Resources/Payroll. Located in Bucharest, you would be the direct contact for our Austrian Headquarter in all subjects of Finance/HR Administration. You would support the current accounting activities and coordinate all expatriate-administration, especially fiscal topics related to Capgemini¿s employees assigned to Romania. This includes the fiscal registration of our employees, completion of income tax matters (exemptions, rollbacks) and co-ordination of the payroll accounting in Romania.


CERINTE

The successful applicant should possess a commercial education, accounting certificates and 3 years minimum of relevant professional experience.

- University Degree or high school with vast
experience in the above mentioned areas and a
successful track record

- Accounting certificates

- Knowledge of payroll accounting (payroll
accounting certificate desirable)

- Computer literate (MS-Office, Hyperion)

- 3 years of relevant professional experience ,
tax accountancy practice is a real asset
