Job scope:
-Supports and challenges the assigned function, identifies action plans for improving efficiency, according to the financial objectives of the company;
Job responsibilities:
-Contributes to the achievement & optimization of agreed business objectives for the organization;
-Provides advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends related to the activity of the assigned business area;
-Coordinates, ensures on the job training and is responsible for the professional development of his own team;
-Develops and monitors budget/estimates for the assigned departments;
- Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyzes and reports variances;
-Conducts periodic audits of actual expenses, and budget/estimates comparisons to actual.
- Takes an active role in challenging the results of the assigned area and proposes ways of optimization.
- Participates in projects coordinated by own assigned department(s) which imply financial analysis and decision making
Working Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
Experience in financial analysis in purchasing, industrial or logistic activity is a plus.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Education University degree – Economics (preferably, but not mandatory)
PC skills: Very good computer skills (Excel, Access)
Languages : Fluent in English language
