RESPONSABILITATI

• Support ongoing budgeting and forecasting of the capitalized and/or operational expenses for the People & Culture department, by considering the overall strategic priorities of the company, the key projects and key cost categories;
• Provide ongoing monitoring, reporting and analysis of the actual expenses (capitalized and/ or operational) by understanding the trends on main projects and drivers, how do they compare to the budgeted ones and by deriving insights to support / recommend operational actions to maximize the projects ‘performance and/ or costs efficiencies;
• Supports the decision making through studies and interpretation of data;
• Support the management of the strategic projects in People & Culture field;
• Support ongoing and ad hoc requests from the People & Culture Director;
• The role’s overall purpose is to:
combine financial, analytical and insights with the power to translate them into operational actions to increase the costs efficiencies and projects’ success.

Role Purpose

The role operates closely alongside and acts as a true business partner to the HR department in eMAG. The role is to provide valuable financial, business, decision making support to People & Culture teams.
This will be achieved through strong relationship with a range of stakeholders with high quality decision support input. The role will engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Requirements
• Minimum 4-5 years professional experience;
• University Degree in Economic Studies;
• Fluent English;
• ACCA affiliation or membership;
• Ability to work with different groups and levels;
• HR knowledge;
• Able to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations;
• Minimum 2 years project and business analysis experience gained through relevant professional experience;
• Stakeholder management (develop and maintain strong value added relationships).
