Main Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and review real-time and historical operational information from various power plants (G2P & CHP) all over the country, in order to monitor and predict the G2P & CHP equipment performance to determine the abnormal and alarm situations of the G2P & CHP installations
- Be responsible for configuring, installing, and servicing diagnostic monitoring systems on G2P & CHP installation
- Participate in other G2P & CHP project activities, including but not limited to, finding out other suitable G2P and CHP sites, technical reviews, assessments, audits etc. Contribute with expertise for G2P & CHP Scope of work and technical specifications preparation
- Stay abreast of new monitoring and diagnostic technologies for power generation equipment and continually expand this knowledge
- Develop technical training modules and conduct training for other personnel as required

Job requirements
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation industry
- Experience in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic maintenance
- Commissioning and operation experience within power generation is desirable
- Good knowledge and command of electrical and technical (P&Id) schemes
- Knowledge of design and construction of piston engines, gas turbines and other power generation equipment
- Experience in data acquisition systems
- Experience (including configuration and troubleshooting) with SCADA / HMI packages
- Working knowledge with basic networking tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP-200x / Server-200x and MS Office
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative technical solutions
- Experience in a customer service organization
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic English language skills
- Italian is a plus
- Valid driving license
