As Field Service Engineers you are responsible for the maintenance and correction of cash processing equipment’s sold by our company and that is under a service contract.
The role offers on-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions. You will interact with our customers (commercial banks, CITs and retailers) to prevent or fix technical issues, and to provide information and procedures to address the inquiries, concerns and requests regarding their products and services.
Category B driving license - an essential condition
Knowledge:
➢ Electrical/electronics/telecommunications engineering, IT hardware and software
➢ PC operation - advanced level
➢ English language - advanced level.
