RESPONSABILITATI

As the Comet Electronics Field Sales Engineer / Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales plan, continuously increasing the penetration on the regional market, monitoring and reporting market developments, as well as managing the relationship with key accounts. You will have overall responsibility for setting the strategic direction and developing the sales operations and marketing plans in close cooperation with the Comet Electronics management. The compensation will be commensurate with the background and experience.

Your Challenges – you will:

• develop the customer base by acquiring new customers and by increasing the penetration for existing customers.
• create and develop sales plans, as well as initiate and implement sales and media plans in accordance with the corporation strategy and objectives
• be the driver in planning and carrying out marketing activities and events
• monitor market developments (applications, customer needs, prices, competition) and suggests the course of action for continuously expanding the business
• generate activity reports for all sales channels
• analyze periodically the efficiency of the sales activities as well as the market positioning of the company; suggests measures to improve the market positioning
• manage the sales and marketing budgets; monitor the budget performance to ensure that intended cost level is maintained whilst fulfilling company objectives and total customer satisfaction
• ensure efficient communication and maintain relevant relations with the head office in Sofia and with other Comet Electronics companies

Comet Electronics is currently looking for two energetic persons with excellent sales skills and strong business sense. These persons will successfully manage and lead the sales and marketing activities, respectively in Bucharest and Transylvania, in accordance with the corporate culture. In addition, he/she will manage key accounts in that region.

Your qualification profile – ideally you will:

• have a university degree in electronics (BSEE/MSEE)
• have a proven track record of more than 5 years experience in the electronics industry with sales exposure, preferably experience in management
• be experienced in working in the Business to Business market with professional customers
• be results-oriented and demonstrate a strong sales drive with an interest in building lasting relationships
• posses analytical skills in preparing reports, developing strategies and implementing policies
• be able to identify opportunity for and implement process improvements
• have strong interpersonal skills for easy communication with team members
• be an excellent team player
• be outgoing, open and honest with excellent communication skills
• have a flexible approach to working hours and travel activity
• have a good command of English (both written and oral)
