RESPONSABILITATI

General:


- The 2nd Line Support contains the overall Maintenance Support Administration, the performance of urgent on-site field engineering support across the border lines of Romania;

- It works as the second escalation level for incident and problem solving if the User-Help-Desk cannot close a reported problem request, the supervision of Third Line Supplier and Developer Support and the clarification on warranty subjects concerning system and equipments.

Responsabilities:


- The Second Line Support Field Engineer is responsible to support the customer and end-user and takes cares about any incoming and escalated service requests from the User-Help-Desk. If remote access to the system is given and allowed, the Field Engineer will remotely analyse the incident and /or problem and to decide on the next steps to restore any failed function. Depending from his analysis he will manage the involvement of an on-site available service organisation, to order warranty services from Suppliers or in case of emergency to go on-site by them.

- The Field Engineers are working closely together in one combined office with the User-Help-Desk Team to support the 24 hours / 7 day support for the customer. Working hours over night, on weekends and holidays, as well as Standby Service from home, will be managed and agreed on monthly basis.


CERINTE

Requirements:


Technical

- 2-3 years experience as Ericsson MD110 PBX Administrator

- Good knowledge of Ericsson MD110 PBX management tools (D.N.A. Event Manager, Ericsson Service Assistant Manager)

- 2-3 years experience as Field/Service Engineers

- Knowledge of IT devices CISCO products

- Having an excellent technical to understand hardware, software, overall system functions and customer operations

Education

- University degree in Telecommunications or IT Engineering

Others

- Fluent in English

- Familiar with Quality Management

Nice to have requirements:


- UHD tool: OpenView Service Desk (HP Remedy): administration and customization

- Knowledge of French or/and German language

- Previous experience in large telecom network deployments
