RESPONSABILITATI

For our client, a leading FMCG food company, we are looking for an Export Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To design, establish, implement and follow-up the export sales and marketing strategy in Western Europe, including but not limited to the commercial policy, the price and discounts list, communication and brand management strategy, POSMs
- To draft and manage the export budget
- To study and analyze the market in foreign countries and determine which countries are most likely to sell particular categories of products
- To adjust and develop products portfolio according to the specifics of various foreign markets and consumers needs and preferences
- To identify companies which could be interested in the respective products and establish prospective meetings (local visits, video and telephone conferences)
- To negotiate contracts with the selected partners and to follow up the profitability of each foreign market, each partner and product category
- To assist the partners abroad in raising awareness for the company’s products and to train and coach their sales force in order to maximize the market coverage
- To participate in various national and international food fairs and exhibitions in order to identify trends and business development opportunities
- To develop lucrative connections with national and bilateral chambers of commerce and other commercial associations.


CERINTE

Profile:
- MUST HAVE experience in sales to foreign markets, preferably in FMCG field
- Good knowledge of international business and financial context
- Experienced in working in multinational teams
- Excellent negotiation interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter, dynamic and persuasive person
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or Marketing
- Proficient in English – knowledge of other European languages represents an advantage
- Availability to travel extensively abroad, driving licence.
