- Market research on access and interconnection at a national and international scale
- Analyse and synthesis the information obtained and propose efficient solutions for improving the access and interconnection in Romania
- Participate in taking the decisions regarding the implementation of the necessary steps for process optimization
- Technical and Economical Auditing
-Contribute to imposing a system for accounting evidence of costs and for establishing an accounting methodology to the local operators
- Participate in the supervising process for the correct implementation of the procedures
