- Capability to produce an architectural design
- Capability to produce a detailed technical design that meets architectural and analysis specifications
- Capability to design and execute Unit Test and Assembly Test
- Recognizable seniority of at least 4/5 years-
- At least 3 big Cobol project participation
- Skilled in English or in Italian (written / spoken);
- A team-player;
- Flexibility;
- Capability to lead a small team of programmers;
- Willingness to travel (on exceptional basis);
- Contribute to a high-performing motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal communication and co-operative skills;
- Assist in the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements;
- Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work.
