- Working out the chart of accounts, the primary accounting document form used in the process of commercial transactions execution, if no standard forms are provided
- Working out forms of internal accounting documents, inventory procedures, economic transaction control and document circulation procedures
- Providing for legality, timeliness, and accuracy of execution of documents, settlements of remuneration fees, calculation of proper duties and taxes payable as revenue to the budget
- Making mandatory national social insurance payments, payments to banking institutions, and repayment of capital construction funds and bank loans by the established deadlines
- Providing balance sheet reports and flash summary statements on income and asset-running costs, drawing other accounting statements and statistical reviews and submitting them to the corresponding institutions in accordance with the established procedure
- Previous relevant experience on a similar position for at least 4 years
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in accounting or in a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Must have the needed requirements for reporting to the Ministry of Finance
- Previous experience with NAVISION would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel app. 3 times a year to Germany/Denmark or Latvia
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Commited, organised and punctual
