- Implement company is development program;
Searches for new centers location: accordingly to the approved Expending Plan;
Negotiates and closes Lease agreements
Organizes tenders for architects & contractors: to ensure specific functions and services;
Negotiates and closes contracts: with specific providers
Manages the execution of works: accordingly to agreed contractual terms;
Budget follow up
Experience in expending activities
Very good experience in contracts negotiation;
Ability to build sound relationship with partners and colleagues
Able to plan specific budget for the area;
Professional skills: good planning skills, prioritizing skills, problem solving attitude, ability to work with tight deadlines;
Availability to travel
