Direct report to the Managing Partner
Overall purpose of the job:
1. Main: Manages client relationship, interviews candidates, manages projects/assignments;
2. Secondary: Selling company¿s services and maintain good relationship with all existing clients; Promoting the company¿s services through specific sales methods and educating market in order to create needs
Main activities/tasks:
¿ Project Management: Proposes the project team to the management, manage juniors and researchers, respects and follow procedures established for a successful completion of the Executive Search/Consulting projects; responsible with the overall result of the projects he/she manages;
¿ Sustains interviews with senior executives and drafts the necessary reports;
¿ Does candidates¿ management and follow ups and keeps an efficient relationship with the best ones;
¿ Supervises that the entire documentation related to projects is done in line with the standards of the firm;
¿ Goes to Client meetings, does consulting, offering and closing;
¿ Makes Business proposals for Clients and propose them first to the Managing Partner;
¿ Finding along with the management adapted management solutions for the clients;
¿ Acting as business advisor and problem solver, offering direct benefits to meet customer needs;
¿ Follows-up the clients contracts in order to expand the services range and to establish a long term profitable business relationship;
¿ Retention of the existing clients in order to preserve the sales potential of individual customers portfolio;
¿ Negotiating tariffs for solutions in order to conclude contracts ¿ collaboration with the management;
¿ Offers a professional feed-back regarding market trends and competition¿s actions;
¿ Maintains the sales/project management history of individual portfolio/projects, up-dated at the present;
¿ Provides weekly detailed reports to the Managing Partner;
¿ Respect the performance criteria & procedures assigned for Consultants, etc.
Candidates for the Consultant position will possess the following primary requirements for the position:
Professional experience:
¿ at least 3 years in B2B, with Client Management, Project Management, Team Leader and Business Development Experience

Education, qualifications and special training:
¿ institution of higher education degree, preferable economics or technical
¿ English a must ¿ very well spoken, well written, French a real advantage
Special requirements:
¿ PC, Ability to handle MS Office and communication products
¿ Clean Driving licence.
Package (first 6 months):
Salary fix + commissions based on business produced and on project management efficiency
