RESPONSABILITATI

-To assure the observance of the HACPP management system requirements and of the ISO quality management system
-To translate the main objectives into financial-economic synthetic indicators so as to reach the targets established with the Board.
-To define directions and yearly strategies
-To decide upon investment programs according to the development plans of the organization
-To plan, organize, coordinate and evaluate the organic development of the company
-To provide the financial resources for the development plan of the company within the next 5 years (banks, shareholders, venture capital, listing in the stock exchange etc.)
-To assure the existence and the performance of a system which guarantees the quality of products and services
-To represent the shareholders’ interest concerning judicial persons or individuals from inside or outside the organization
-To practice the role of representative figure in relationship with his counterparts or with the company’s employees
-To promote the image and the name of the company by attending events and organizing PR activities (press conferences, press articles etc.)
-To inform the organization’s shareholders about the possible threats and to recommend solutions
-To make brief reports regarding the evolution of the organization in view of the shareholders’ goals
-To select, coordinate, develop, evaluate and motivate the subordinated staff

Working environment:
-Working schedule: flexible (typical for a managerial position)
-Type of work: both individual and team work
-Traveling: in accordance with the company’s needs, locally or internationally

Executive Director

Role objectives:
-Establishes the development strategies of the company according to the Board’s
requirements
-Establishes, plans and monitors the achievement of the economic volume and profitability indicators
-Desines the essential objectives of the organisation
-Assures the management and the development of the company’s human capital

Required experience:
-Economic superior studies or alimentary section
-MBA or other similar qualification in general management
-Special courses, like project management, integrated computer science systems, communication, leadership
-At least 5 years in a management position
