RESPONSABILITATI

- Assists the general manager in organizing agenda,working environment, paper work,logistic of travels(visas, tickets, reservations).
- Performs secretarial responsabilities and organizes data in- and outflows, acting as a comunication interface with outside environment;
- Take incoming phone calls, messages and direct them
- Organizes logistics for meetings
- Various translation work
- Deals with local; bank accounts, ensure cash flow, payments, salaries
- Provides expense reports


CERINTE

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and German
- College (3 years) or university graduate
- Fluent German – verbal & written
- Experience in operating general office equipment, including personal computer, photocopier and fax machine
- Ability to work independently and to complete assignments with minimal instructions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers
- Able to handle requests in a positive & professional manner
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
