RESPONSABILITATI

• Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy and arranges conference calls.
• Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence(s), memos, E-mails and faxes, using individual initiative and as assigned.
• Proactively establishes, and maintains highly organized filing system; files correspondence and other records for easy access and retrieval.
• Coordinates calendars and schedules meetings, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule changes.
• Coordinates travel arrangements; completes expense reports and processes invoices; ensures that correct account codes are used and required signatures obtained.
• Conducts research; compiles and types statistical reports; prepares presentation material.
• Coordinates meetings including but not limited to preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
• Orders and maintains supplies; coordinates equipment maintenance.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to orders/maintains supplies; coordinates equipment maintenance; filing, copying, faxing, and mailing.


CERINTE

• BA in Foreign Languages /Communication Studies/Business Administration in Foreign Languages
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent administration, secretarial, communication, data management and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced PC skills – MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Proficient prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility, high levels of customer focus
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Understand and communicate complex instructions
