Our Client is an Irish investment corporation acting within the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. They are currently opening their representative office in Bucharest.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist the Country Manager that fits into the following professional profile:
- 3+ years experience working as a personal assistant or as office manager.
- Experience within a real etate company wil be considered as a plus.
- Excellent English and other European languages abilities are welcomed.
- Deep Word and Excel skills, good Power Point skills are a definite benefit.
- Performing administrative and secretarial duties.
- Assist in office set up in dealing with vendors, premises owners, authorities;
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge to help manage office expenses
- Ability to accomplish objectives that requires multi-tasking working abilities;
- Deep sound of communication skills and professional appearance.
