RESPONSABILITATI

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Europe COO & Business Development Leader. This would include customer meeting planning and coordination, other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Organize and coordinate business trip processes on request (arrange travel schedule and hotel, meeting room reservations)
• Create and supervise expenses, budgets
• Book internal meeting rooms upon request
• Draft and proof read documents and letters for business purposes
• Provide both pre- and post- meeting support including meeting preparation, agenda creation and minutes
• Contribute to the integration of new hires
• Act as an interface between Management and other departments within the company regarding the information exchange process
• Create and update presentations and materials to support business activities
• Prepare and handle ah-hoc reports requested by management
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Help with employee communications
• Organizing Events and meetings all around Europe
• Organize and coordinate logistics for client meetings in Bucharest site


CERINTE

• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as initiative and integrity
• The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail
• Flexible with overtime requirements
• Open to work in office environment, as well as with daily errant
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative assistance
