RESPONSABILITATI

- Participates in partner’s meetings and prepares the minutes of meeting
- Offers support in corespondence
- In charge with organizing partner’s agenda and travel arrangements
- Prepares the necessary documentation for meetings / presentations
- Ensures an efficient communication between partners and third parties
- Occasionally, participates in translating specific documents
- Participates in organizing different events of the company
- Supervises the secretarial and reception activity


CERINTE

- University degree
- Experience min. 2 years in a similar position (Business Assistant/ Assistant Manager ) with a multinational company
- Organized, with excellent planning skills
- Good ability to synthesize information and solve problems
- Initiative, proactive attitude, dynamic, good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
