- Provide support to the General Manager, including business correspondence, translations, arranging appointments / meetings, maintaining appointment schedule;
- Participate in management meetings and follow – up accordingly;
- Centralize documents and activity reports;
- Preparing and follow-up of press subscriptions (approved by Head of Department);
- Updating databases (mailing lists, client contacts, newsletter subscribers, etc.);
- Organize and participate in business events / team buildings/ workshops for the management team;
- Keep permanent contact with the representatives of the Group, on international level.
- University degree;
- +3 years of similar experience in a multinational company;
- Excellent in written and spoken English;
- MS Office strong proficiency (Power Point , Word, Excel), familiarity with web browsers;
- Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills;
- Well-organized, pro-active, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver, attention to details, precision and accuracy;
- Ability to organize and prioritize;
- Professional appearance.
