You're responsibilities will include and will not be limitated to:
* Hands on role within an Accounts Payable Department
* Input invoices using ERP Accounting System
* Monitor and clear 'on hold' invoices in a timely manner
* Share Supplier statement reconciliation within the team
* Support General Ledger teams with month-end processes and requests
* Support customers (buyers) with Electronic Purchase Order queries
* Supplier liaison via telephone and email communication
* Discuss with line Manager and complete quarterly Objectives and Performance
* Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 meetings with manager
* Prepare Process Metrics
* Participate in process review calls with the client
* Participate in quality improvement projects
* Support Manager with Projects and training.
If you:
* are fluent in English and, in addition, Slovak/Czech/Polish/Bosnian/Serbian/Greek language
* have at least two years solid Account Payable experience or exposure to the accounting activities
* have outstanding verbal, written and listening skills
* have customer service experience
* are proactive in solving day to day issues
* are a team player
* can multitask and work independently
* have experience of Oracle or SAP Accounts Payable systems preferable
