RESPONSABILITATI

- Technical Support Specialist shall take ownership of all incoming Level 1 ERP support demands for all media. -
- The Technical Support Specialist shall be the first level of contact for issue resolution. Incidents shall be escalated to Level 2 Team Lead when resolution needs more experience/skills on product.

Tasks vary and may include:

- Provides first level of contact for all incoming ERP Oracle Applications EBS support incidents
- Works reasonably to resolve incoming ERP support incidents to customer satisfaction
- Requests consultation and or escalates to Level 2 Team lead when resolution needs more experience/skills on product
- Performs all processes on the chat/email/phone system – logging in, routing, consulting and closing cases.


CERINTE

- Bachelor’s Degree of BSC Industrial engineering and information systems, or Equivalent Education and Experience
- Experience on implementing financial or logistic processes on Oracle Applications EBS 12.1.3
- 1-2 years of implementation and support experience in Oracle Applications financial or logistic modules
- Knowledge and Good technical skills  PLSQL+ and Discoverer
- Fluent verbal and writing English skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills – thinks logically
- Good Communication Skills – Spoken and, customer-service orientation and agility
- A desire to continually study new processes technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
