The company, headquartered in Canada, is a leading direct to consumer supplier of contact lenses and optical goods in the United States. The company offers consumers the choice of purchasing goods via Internet and telephone order.
-You will be responsible for handling general and order related questions from US and worldwide English and Spanish speaking customers through telephone and e-mail. The hours are from 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (5:00pm to 1:00am Eastern European Time) Monday to Friday.
-Answer questions regarding contact lens products, billing and shipping questions, and complaints
-Coordinate with other members of our team to ensure timely processing of customer orders
-Fluent, Excellent English; speaking, reading comprehension, writing, spelling
-Fluent, Excellent Spanish; speaking, reading comprehension, writing, spelling
-Customer service telephone handling experience - minimum 1 year
-General understanding of computers and software, 60+ WPM typing
-Have general knowledge about the Internet, in terms of web navigation, Google search

-Computer with high speed Internet connection and telephone headset
-Quiet workspace, suitable for taking telephone calls.
- A salary package of USD $400 to $500 monthly, paid biweekly (salary to be decided on final interview)
