RESPONSABILITATI

- Engineering quality assurance, control, planning, in European regional division.
- To set up and optimize the engineering quality control model.
- Audit about the engineering quality (including Contract Review, Partner Qualification, Partner Evaluation, Partner Selection, Survey & design, Equipment Configuration Design, Hardware installation, Software debugging, safety production specifications, process Evaluation, Evaluation of cooperation engineering quality, Engineering business date, Engineering document, Project documentation).


CERINTE

-To set up and optimize the engineering quality control model and relevant business processes and systems according to the actual business operation environment of the regional division.
- To promote and implement the engineering quality standards.
- To guide and supervise the construction of the quality management system and quality control model of the representative office and the product lines, and the relevant project quality business of the regional division.
- To participate in the implementation of major projects of the regional division.
- To maintain the EPMS (engineering project management system) .
- To recruit and cultivate the local project quality management personnel as required by the business.
- To handle the routine training and pre-warning about the engineering quality standard for the new and old staff in this regional division, staff of the partner company, project manager, project supervisor.
- To formulate the project quality check plan of the regional division level, organize the quality check, appraisal and audit of the regional division level.
- To guide the construction of the quality management system in the partner companies of the regional division, and monitor and implement the quality control activities of the partner companies.
- To summarize, analyze and publicize the quality cases and major accidents of regional division, and formulate the measures for improving the quality of the regional division on an ongoing basis.
- To handle and answer the quality problems of the regional division, and collect and feed back the problems and information related to project quality.


Qualifications:
- University degree in quality management.
- Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following product and solutions: Wireless solution including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband network and IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP DSLAM, and DATA; Optical Network including SDH, WDM; Intelligent network including SCP,SMP,SDP,SSP.
- At least 3 years engineering quality management experiences with the telecommunications field in Europe.
- Priority in also having experience of turn-key project quality management experiences.
- Master Quality Management knowledge: TL9000,ISO9000, HSQE
- Soft skills: Achievement Driven, Forward Thinking, Information Sharing, Effective Communicator, People Networking
- Fluency in English.
