RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsibilities:

- On phone technical support
- Answer and record all the requests regarding the functionality of Internet, Data and Voice services
- Network equipments troubleshooting in order to investigate and solve customers problems
- Maintain a permanent connection with our customers


CERINTE

Skills, Experience, Qualification required:
Student or Degree in engineering - with main focus in telecommunications and computer science
Experience in computer and network troubleshooting could be a plus
Technical knowledge: TCP/IP, IP troubleshooting, xDSL, MS Outlook and/or other email clients, operating systems (Windows (all versions); Linux (could be a plus)), monitoring and troubleshooting network equipments; Networking certifications could be a plus
Previous experience within a Customer Care or Helpdesk environment could be a plus
Willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies
Technical person with excellent communication and customer service skills
Good Problem-solving skills, positive and results oriented attitude

Fluently in English
Able to work in shifts
