- Checking Financial terms of customer contracts, project structure, obtaining internal approvals according to internal policies and procedures
- Working with Back Office team to book sales orders, create project structures in SAP based application, planning (in future do the transactional work self)
- Tracking costs and revenue in the projects, making respective transactions in the system (SAP based), consulting PMs about costs/revenue
- Issuing financial customer documents (invoices, credit notes)
- Providing reports about financial status of the projects
- Knowledge of internal procedures and policies (HP/AFM/SOX) relating to revenue recognition, order booking and applying them in daily activities
- Creation of purchase orders to suppliers/subcontractors, tracking approval status in the system
- Participation in financial forecast process, planning of financial project
- University Degree (preferably in Economics)
- English Fluent both written and spoken
- Microsoft applications (especially excel) fluent/advanced user (can make pivots, use formulas)
- Experience of working with SAP is an advantage
- 2-3 years experience in operations/finance related position
