RESPONSABILITATI

This role can be based in several EMEA countries.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support EMEA Partners and Countries on SME Pre-Configured Solutions, Project Implementation or Verticalisation:

- Support Countries when creating pre-configured (and localised) country solutions to meet local SME Market

- Train Partners about Rapid Implementation methods and tools (e.g. Oracle Accelerators, Rapid Start)

- Assist Partners for project scoping and first project implementation (e.g. Special Edition or Rapid Start projects)

- Support Partners to verticalise and assess industry-specific solutions for reuse purpose

- Identify Needs and Collect Requirements from Partners and Countries for enhancement (e.g. products, tools, skills)

- Influence the Global and EMEA SME Solution strategy and interface with Development

- Share best practices and facilitate reuse among a Country and Partner Community of SME Solution Managers

- Develop Guidelines or Training Materials, when necessary

- Maintain Information Repositories (e.g. GCX, OPN)


CERINTE

PROFILE:

- 7+ year work experience in a software development.

- Good technical knowledge on Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, with implementation experience

- Generalist, ideally, on both eBusiness Suite and JDE / EnterpriseOne family of products

- Good analytical skills

- Knowledge of 1 or 2 specific industries recommended

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential.

- Flexible

- Team Player

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

- Fluency in English
