RESPONSABILITATI

Leads EMEA Presales Services Center. Responsible for the development and day-to-day management of Presales Services centers in Bucharest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and day-to-day management of the EMEA Presales services center.
- Launch new Presales Services centers in EMEA inline with the Overall Presales Strategy, including:

· Hiring of presales consultants for the Presales Service center
· Establishment of infrastructure and facilities.

- Ensure that the Presales Service Center team has the necessary skills & competencies in alignment with the launch plan and that put processes in place for ongoing skills & competency development
- Contribute to the design, development and promotion of the Presales Services Portfolio, working closely with EMEA Applications and Technology Presales teams, Country Applications / Technology Business / Presales leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Establish leading Management Practices including:

· Business Performance Management (e.g. Objectives and KPIs, Service Level Agreements)
· People Management & Retention of key staff
· Put into place appropriate recognition and reward schemes to ensure motivation amongst Presales Services Center staff.
· HR Practices (e.g. Recruitment and Induction, Talent Management, Professional & Career Development, Training, Professional Community Participation)

- Contribute to the identification, development and implementation of common Presales and Sales processes, systems and tools at the Presales Services center with the goal to achieve superior effeciency and effectiveness:

· Opportunity Management
· Resource Allocation

· Time & Activity Tracking
· Content Management (e.g. RFP/RFI response re-use)
· Solution Demonstration / Presentation

The successful candidate should have:
-Experience in:
· Sales/Presales Management
· Starting / developing near-shore / off-shore centers (desired but not mandatory)
· Leading large scale, complex, international projects

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT / COMPENSATION:
Individual performance will be measured against a set of yearly reviewed objectives. Compensation will be structured based on the guidance provided by Human Resources for Presales Management and aligned with objectives/targets of the License business in EMEA.
