RESPONSABILITATI

Support to users of EMEA Presales Systems:

- Support end-users in the use RAS (Resource Allocation), TTS (Activity Tracking), Skills Manager and other Presales Systems as well as tools such as Oracle Discoverer and Siebel Analytics
- Work closely with development team and systems operations to resolve problems and manage incidents end to end from the reporting of the problem to the resolution.
- Create/update end-user documentation
- Participate in system- and user acceptance tests
- Provide training to end-users as required
- Maintain system/user setup

Development and Delivery of Management Reports:

- Participate in the design and construction of Presales Dashboards.
- Work close with the business, development team and systems operations in the design and construction of dashboards.
- Maintain and deliver Management Reports on an ongoing basis

Content Management and Communications:

- Participate in the design and content management of Presales pages on MyOracle
- Participate in the design and construction of communication material such as newsletters for the EMEA Presales community


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Service oriented

- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)

- Motivated and self-propelling
- Finisher

Experience in the following areas is desirable:

- Project participation
- Development and implementation of Business Intelligence / Datawarehouse solutions
- Experience in web page design / content management
- Working in a support function

Experience with Siebel Analytics and SQL are desirable, but the necessary training will be given as required.
