RESPONSABILITATI

- Planning and delivering high quality Leadership & Professional Development programs in response to business requests throughout EMEA focusing on our fast growing operation in the CEE region
-Managing & delivering a dedicated leadership development program focused on people managers new to their job or new to HP
- Representing a selection of CLE (Center of Leadership excellence) solutions in EMEA (solution ownership) which includes monitoring delivery quality and contributing to the continuous improvement of the solutions in collaboration with the world wide solution owner as well as external vendors
- Engaging in or leading L&D projects on sub regional / regional or global level
- Partnering with the local HR management team on request to ensure ongoing awareness and delivery of learning and development programs


CERINTE

- Fluency in local language
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study
- Ideally professional HR qualifications
- Understanding of at least one of the following: employee/labor relations, diversity, staffing, compensation, benefits, and/or training and development
- Understanding of employee and manager coaching/counseling, organizational - development principles, teambuilding expertise, conflict resolution, consulting, and facilitation
- Ideally working knowledge of labor laws and government regulations
- Basic competency with technology as it relates to Human Resources, and computer proficiency
- Project and/or program management ability
- Exceptional people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Pragmatism and business awareness
- Enthusiasm for change and challenging convention
