RESPONSABILITATI

The HR SSC Initiative Leader for Europe, Middle-East and Africa (‘EMEA’) will work within the framework of the global HR SSC design and the Regional HR SSC program management organization (‘PMO’) to manage the transition into the HR SSC model for a cluster of countries in the EMEA Region.

The Initiative Leader reports directly to the Senior Implementation Manager for EMEA and will be the front person to drive the implementation forward of an Initiative. An Initiative is defined as a grouping of countries and processes.

In addition to covering countries in the EMEA Region, the Bucharest HR SSC will also deliver Service to employees in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine (‘Russian Sub-Region’) and Central Asia & Caucasus Sub-Region.

Other Comments:

Suitable candidates proving their value during the build stage, and with sufficient span of control, could be offered the opportunity to develop the Initiative Leader role into an operations management role in the EMEA HR SSC.


CERINTE

Prior experience working in an implementation and/or operational delivery role in a Shared Service Center environment and/or an Outsourcing environment; this experience should include the implementation of a Country/ Regional Shared Service Center and related SLAs, processes, policies and metrics and reporting suite.

Experience working with HR third-party models and companies (outsourcing) especially in payroll fields is desirable.

5 years of work experience in HR, Finance and/ or IT in implementation and / or operations management experience with a minimum of 2 years of implementing country or regional HR Shared Service Centers. Proficiency in both English and at least on other (major) EMEA language is essential.

Minimum - Bachelors degree

A thorough understanding of shared services processes and architecture in an HR or Finance function in large companies or outsourcing environments is required.

Knowledge of HR 3-Pillar and 3-Tier Service Delivery Model, main HR technologies, tools and applications (e.g. HR BPM), access channels, etc.

Knowledge of Project Management Methods and Tools as well as Change Management Methods and Tools.

Knowledge of and experience with quality improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma is preferred).

Knowledge of best practice business processes and frameworks.

An ability and willingness to travel.
