RESPONSABILITATI

Process the day to day transactions in the HR admin processes, for all HR processes migrated to HR SSC
Interact with Country HR team and HR SSC team on the information and document flows
Follow up with country HR and other team members to ensure transaction completeness
Ensure proper documentation are kept in placed for each country supported for compliance and controls reasons
Ensure all transactions met statutory and process controls requirement at all time
Participate in system testing’s.
Maintain excellent rapport and communication with country contact to execute the processes.


CERINTE

Graduate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration or other related fields
Familiarity with MS office tools, Microsoft Project and Visio
Ability to communicate well in English
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a HR function or HR Shared Services Centre environment
Ability to work in a Team environment.
