We are looking for an Embedded Software Team Leader to manage the software development activities for the entire software team.
As an Embedded Software Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and conducting Software Engineering activities throughout the complete lifecycle of a project. You will lead the Team personal development (including annual review and training and development plans). As an expert in C / C++ programming language you will be part of the development process in the day to day activities.
The responsibilities of the position are:
• Execution of the committed work according to the plan
• Ensuring quality and durability of the software solutions produced
• Managing software Work packages to ensure on-time and budget delivery
• Managing software development throughout the system lifecycle, on multiple projects
• Defining and documenting Software Requirement Specifications
• Leading and managing the Team to successfully deliver
Mandatory:
• Expert Knowledge of the C / C++ Programming Language
• 3-4 years’ experience as embedded software developer
• Participation in multiple software development projects
• Experience with microcontrollers
• Experience with debugging and testing embedded software
• Team working and goal oriented
• Very good reading/writing/speaking English level

• AUTOSAR knowhow
• ISO26262 knowhow
• Model based development and testing knowhow
• UML modeling of software systems
• Experience as software architect
• German language skills
