RESPONSABILITATI

The successful candidate will work as part of the Embassy team to ensure an efficient service for the Ambassador and Embassy staff.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deliver and collect official documents and mail, as required;
- Assist in administrative tasks;
- Support work of other Embassy staff, as required;
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time, including around official events organised by the Embassy;
- Drive Ambassador and staff to various appointments, events and functions;

CERINTE

Qualifications

- Full, clean driving licence with minimum of 5 years driving experience;

- Good level of spoken English, or French, Italian, Spanish;

- Extensive knowledge of the city of Bucharest, in particular government and public buildings;

- Previous experience in a similar role.
