As an ECONOMIST your main responsibilities cover:
    Coordinate the monthly activity for Accounting (Pre-Accounting and transmittal documents to external Accounting) and checking the external Accounting partner (checking of the local monthly reports including book recurring, reclassification and allocation of journal entries as per instructions from the business)
    Support controllership in the General Accounting, Closing and Reporting area, providing solutions to the on-going operation
    Commercial support for project teams in terms of execution phase
    Commercial Risk Management during all project phases
    Cash, guarantee and insurance management for the project
    Preparation and negotiation of contracts (national and international)
    Contract management commercial
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
    University degree in economics or equivalent
    At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a multinational company
    Good communication skills and ability to contact and relate with international auditors
    Availability to travel to project sites (Place of employment: Bucharest)
    Knowledge of tax legislation in Romania is an advantage
    Knowledge of local and international commercial law is an advantage
    Fluent in English; another foreign language of our market regions is in advantage
    Competent computer literacy (MS-Office, IFS, Power Point etc.)
    Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously
    Ability to solve problems, take initiative and work independently
