We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and organized Economist to join the accounting team and ensure a professional level of work within the Financial-Accounting Department, performing the following tasks:
- Managing local and foreign suppliers records and balances in the accounting application and extra-accounting for difference purposes, including calculation and booking foreign exchange differences for foreign suppliers;
- Checking completeness, correctness and legal compliance of documentation and records for goods and services acquisitions: local, imports and intra-community acquisitions; making the appropriate bookings to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Checking and booking inventories operations to ensure correct accounting records for inputs, sales and write-offs;
- Participates in preparation of fiscal statements and compulsory journals for Intrastat, D300, D390, D394;
- Processing daily payments and submitting them for approval;
- Keeping track of suppliers contractual provision for financial-accounting purposes;
- Daily booking and checking bank and cash transactions;
- Booking employees expenditures;
- Invoicing, when needed;
- Administrative tasks related to financial accounting works;
- Participates in periodical inventory as required;
- Other financial and accounting works as required by company’s management.
- Economic High School/ University Graduate, preferable specialized on accounting;
- Good accounting and fiscal knowledge;
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills;
- Good English skills;
- Fast learner, able to quickly adapt and takeover responsibilities;
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
