- experience in international events organization and/ or at least familiar with the national and international business community
- macro and micro economic knowledge
- able to make analytic economic synthesis, management of projects and accurate budgeting
- Sales and fund-raising oriented
- Very good command of English language; second language will be appreciated
- Customer oriented, negotiation skills
- Communicative, able to deal with deadlines under pressure
- Formal education ¿ economic university degree and communication master, project management or MBA will be appreciated
