The right candidate will have to operate an enterprise e-mail system using RoboMail; You will also need to check the success rate of the e-mail sending proccess and the system's logs also for backtracing potential problems, when it is the case. You will be part of an e-mail infrastructure and campaign management operations team, supporting marketing operations and analyzing general application logs and you will be responsible for managing marketing mail lists servers.
- Good knowledge of English.
- The job also requires basic knowledge of SSH operations, good knowledge in using HTTP and IMs (instant messenger applications), good organizational skills in managing and ordering pre-defined files content, common understanding of how does an e-mail engine works and at least basic knowledge of TCP/IP. Good communication skills are also required, in order to work closely with the Marketing Manager, and to be more efficient with the e-marketing campaigns.
- E-mail headers understanding and HTML knowledge will be interpreted as an advantage.
