The E-mail Computer Operator will be in charge with sending invitation e-mails to a large number of respondents who participate in market research surveys via the Internet.
Main tasks:
- co-operates with Project Managers and other team members for a good accomplishment of the emailing tasks;
- takes responsibility for the correctness of e-mail tests, real mail-outs, and mail-out follow-ups as needed;
- initiates improvements to the standard mail-out procedure as needed.
- University degree or final year student in Economics, Marketing or Computer-related Sciences;
- Good understanding of the Windows operating systems;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; especially e-mail clients (Outlook and Outlook Express);
- Knowledge of basic HTML standard is a plus;
- Knowledge of MS Front Page or other HTML editor is a plus;
- Knowledge of using other e-mail client applications is a plus;
- Organized person; attention to details;
- Team player.
