RESPONSABILITATI

-Write, update, and edit documentation for end-users and administrators who use Clarity Systems software
-Maintain and improve Clarity Systems product knowledge and technical authoring skill set
-Design and develop instructionally and technically sound system documentation and training materials, including course notes, manuals, and exercises, for instructor led media based training
-Follow project plans and meet all deadlines
-Continuously improve the quality of documentation


CERINTE

-A diploma in Technical Communication or equivalent
-A minimum of 2 years of experience writing user and administrator documentation for software aimed at end-users and administrators
-A high degree of technical literacy, with ability to rapidly acquire and comprehend new technical concepts and skills
-Experience with Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MadCap, Flare
-Highly proficient in the MS Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Prior exposure to the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry
-Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
-Proven track record in working with multiple initiatives and projects at the same time
-Proven ability to deliver project deliverables on time and in scope
