An opportunity exists to make an impact within our Innovation group. Specifically, we are looking for a Documentation Specialist to become an integral part of our Development Services division.
Deliverables:
As our Documentation Specialist you will design and develop instructor led, media based training, and system documentation on Clarity Systems solutions, for clients, employees, and partners. You will work in partnership with various teams within the company, including the product development, and sales and marketing groups. The successful candidate is one who is passionate about technology, and has demonstrated an ability to deliver quality technical documentation on time.
The suitable candidate shoul be able to:
- Write, update, and edit documentation for end-users and administrators who use Clarity Systems software
- Maintain and improve Clarity Systems product knowledge and technical authoring skill set
- Design and develop instructionally and technically sound system documentation and training materials, including course notes, manuals, and exercises, for instructor led media based training
- Follow project plans and meet all deadlines
- Continuously improve the quality of documentation
- A diploma in Technical Communication or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience writing user and administrator documentation for software aimed at end-users and administrators
- A high degree of technical literacy, with ability to rapidly acquire and comprehend new technical concepts and skill
- Experience with Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, MadCap, Flare
- Highly proficient in the MS Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior exposure to the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in working with multiple initiatives and projects at the same time
- Proven ability to deliver project deliverables on time and in scope
