RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, very well known multinational oil and gas company, we are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Specialist in Communication.

The key responsibilities for this position will be:

- acknowledgment and implementation of the “Communication Guideline”
- developing and updating databases that could include: journalists and directors of local media; local authorities representatives in the area; executive management and management assistants of the business unit; and any other databases as required
- implementation of the Corporate Design Manual, of the Communication Standards and any other communication guidelines
- establishing and implementing the Communications plan for various departments and divisions
- local implementation of internal communication activity, sponsorship, web, advertising and media relations of the business unit (division, region, branch etc) including:
- installing and maintaining the integrity of the bulletin boards and newspaper stands in accordance to the instructions provided by the management
- collecting and keeping records of all economic and social events related to the respective business unit that might be used for any issues connected to the internal newspaper
- writing the necessary documents for internal communication within their business unit and disseminate/display it upon the approval of Internal Communication
- ensuring the proper distribution of all the materials addressed to all employees or to relevant persons
- local ear for employee voices
- maintaining and developing media relations with the local media representatives
- developing and updating media lists
- keeping folders with all the media requests (advertising, questions, interview requests)
- monitoring local media coverage
- collecting and selecting all the sponsoring requests
- checking if all internal newsletters and press release are uploaded on the site


CERINTE

The ideal candidate will have:

- university degree
- PC proficiency ( Office, Internet applications, Adobe Acrobat )
- knowledge of public relations and corporate communication principles
- planning, organization and coordination of media activities and events
- elaborating and editing written materials
- good cooperation skills in all corporate levels
- good communication and interaction skills; good listener who pays full attention to everything that she/he hears and takes time in understanding the arguments and addressing the appropriate questions; correct and efficient dissemination of information/messages
- social perception: awareness of the others reaction and understanding their reasons
- critical thinking; usage of logical argumentation to identify strong and weak points of an alternative solution; identifying complex problems and assessing the options for implementing the solutions
- quick learning skills
