Conduct trainings for new agents ¿ Renault applications and systems, induction trainings
- Organise refresher training as and when required
- Conduct one-to-one training on specific topics
- Identify training requirements of the individual team members/ team and plan trainings around this
- Understand the new bulletins/ updates from the client and dissiminate the knowledge to the entire team through training/ huddles
- Organise test papers to understand agents knowledge levels and for process improvement
- Look at new ways of training ( formats & methods )
- Work with the operations team to develop and design training programs
- Own the track record of all tests completed for all trainees and modules
- Conduct training needs of existing associates - with the help of the Operations Manager to identify knowledge and skill improvement needs
- Liaise with the Learning Team services to identify and improve professional development / leadership skills needs.
- Call and transaction monitoring and assessment.
- Acknowledge and comply with the Company's policies
- Operate with the team to reach the best results
- Actively participate in process related improvement/quality projects.
- Plan for Regular refreshers basis the Training Needs identified. And track progress on an ongoing basis
- Display pro-activeness, initiative and adopt a problem solving attitude
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Automotive knowledge and/or experience is a definite advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals and objectives set by the Business
- Pro-active, Initiative, Energize (able to transmit enthusiasm to team and stakeholders), Integrity, Customer Oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- University or college degree
- Experience in Procurement/Sourcing Business and related tasks
- Fluent French and English and preferably another European language ( Spanish )
