Job Description
• Writing original content for an online content website about parenthood.
• Handling social media pages and writing content for those (following a specific brief). The social media platforms include Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram.
• Managing, updating, developing and publishing content on the website, social media and newsletters from multiple sources on a daily basis.
• Understanding SEO processes and being able to produce/edit keyword friendly content.
• Translation of content from English to Romanian and vice versa as and when required.
• Planning and implementing social media and content management strategies for accomplishing increasing engagement and conversion.
• Moderating conversation with a 24 hour response to customers’ questions, engaging in dialogues, encouraging specific topics and relationship formation.
• Responding to comments on the website’s and the Social Media’s content, often in collaboration with expert scientific professionals when needed.
• Building relationships with key members of the community, influencers, scientific institutions, opinion leaders and social media ambassadors.
• Post planning based on cultural norms, brand objectives/activations/guidelines and localized market specifics (e.g. national days etc).
• Ensuring that accounts are updated on a daily basis and that messaging is timely and relevant. This also includes using social media tools to schedule posts and tweets to appear in different time zones and on weekends.
• Reporting of the effectiveness and success of online initiatives using the appropriate tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Counter etc), evaluation and redesign of communication and content strategy in an effort to maximize results.
• Tracking of digital trends, competition and public feedback, complaints and conversations surrounding the brand that are taking place in the online public sphere.
• Knowledge of Facebook and Google Advertising (setting up, monitoring and optimizing Campaigns, reporting)


CERINTE

Qualifications
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working in content websites (and/or offline magazines) and community management, online marketing or similar field.
• Has a Bachelor’s or associate degree in advertising, marketing, journalism or communications.
• Native Romanian speaker
• Superior English written and verbal communication skills
• Social Media & Web enthusiast
• Proficient in using and managing website content management systems (CMS) and Social Media tools.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to map out a social media marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
• Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why the ideas are analytically sound.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, responsible, results-oriented and a strong team player.
