-establish communication networks between contractors, subcontractors, local authorities
-manage contracts with all companies involved in the construction process
-supervise the contractual activity on site
The Development Manager will be responsible for the relationships between the contractors on site.
-University graduate-Construction faculty is not a must, but it would be an advantage; the person we are looking for doesn't have to be technical but should have strong communication and negotiation skills
-1-2 years work experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent English skills
-Creative, self confident, ambitious and determined to do a good job
